Hey! Where’s my ring? (Track your order) 

As soon as our renowned designer and master jeweller Robbie Chapman has perfected your ring and sent it on its way – we will send you an email with the order number and your tracking ID. You’re welcome!

All you have to do is click on the link in the email, input your tracking ID and presto! – you’ll instantly know where your package currently finds itself.

At Wedding Ring King even though we are so positive that you’ll love your ring and never want to return it, we still would like to offer you hassle free returns because we are just lovely like that!

Our policy for all rings returns is a small restocking fee of 9% and a store credit only which will to go towards any other ring on our website or a custom king piece.

You are able to return all jewellery that was purchased up to 14 days once received. Returns must be pre-approved by Wedding Ring King. Please email customercare@weddingringking.co in order to start the return process and include your order number in the email and reason. We are unable to process any returns or exchanges that fail to request permission beforehand.

Once you have contacted us and your return is approved, you will be asked to ship the item back to us at your expense. You will have 14 days to return the item to us once the return is authorised.

PLEASE NOTE – Ensure to attention the return parcel to Robbie Chapman, and please do not put any reference of Wedding Ring or Wedding Ring King as freight forwarders may see this reference and get sticky fingers. We also suggest you add insurance for the parcel.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is no longer in sellable condition. If the item is approved by WRK, your store credit will be issued. We will notify you as soon as we process the return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges that are not pre-approved by email.

How much do I have to fork out for Shipping?

Absolutely nothing! Here at Wedding Ring King, delivery is on us – worldwide! 

How long is this going to take?

We know you’re in a hurry, but perfection takes time! Give our famed jeweller between 3-4 weeks to handcraft your customised ring. Allow 1-3 days for delivery after your ring has been made and 5-7 days delivery for international orders! It will be worth it, we promise

What if I need to change my delivery address? 

We process and pack your order in time as our production carefully soon as we can. So, if our team hasn’t processed your beautiful package of happiness, then yes, we can change the delivery address just email us as soon as you can!

Can I return my ring?

We’re pretty sure that once you’ve laid eyes on your ring, you’ll never want to take it off! But don’t stress if you’re not 100% in love with your ring. Contact us – we’d love to chat to you and work together towards the ultimate outcome:

Why do I have to sign for the delivery?

Your ring is as precious to us as it is to you – and we want to make extra sure that it reaches its rightful owner! So for this security reason, please allow us the honour of receiving your signature
